Amazing Visapur Trek

                      Visapur

How i planned to go Visapur trek

It was my first year in my college. The colleges have just started and these are the months of monsoon, year 2020. We get many exposures in our first year. I was all thrilled and cheered up. We were told that we will be given a chance to go on a trek with our department people.

Finally we left for Visapur

We were all set for a one day trek to Visapur with our backpacks packed. We boarded the night bus at about 12, departed at about 1 AM from our college and reached there by 6 in the morning.
We were served breakfast in the bus itself and by 7 we were all set to start our trek.Damn i was excited.

Main part:The trek
The trek is mostly a flat walk like walking on a well built road .The walls of the fort are visible even from the start of the trek in case it's not foggy .There's a steep gradient up hill as the climb starts as soon as the trek path begins after some walk.
After you have covered 4 or 5 kms of the trek it splits into two : one to the left takes you to the Visapur fort .Most of the trek is covered with dense forest
Waterfalls in between

You will find water flowing down the stones as you trek up. Be aware this is the most dangerous part of the trek .
I remember me counting the number of times i slipped in the midway .It’s next to impossible completing the trek without falling at least a couple of times but then again that is a part of adventure .

View from up there

After the waterfalls part the trek is very very easy and comfortable. You will find it as easy as walking on the flat road.
·       I wasn't at all interested in seeing how the fort was built and how high it's walls were but the view from up there was quite awesome.
·       we reached the fort by around 10 am in the morning. It almost took us three hours.
·       If you are a solo traveller, you will take much less time but remember you won't enjoy seeing others falling.
·       We stayed there still watching the view till the day got very hot and hence we had to leave by 12.
·       Coming down was a difficult part too since the trek was sippery.
·       We were all exaggerated and were served food when we all were finally down.
·       We reached down by 2pm in the noon. It took us an hour less compared to climbing
